 - OUR NEW -

PARENT AND TODDLER GROUP

EVERY MONDAY 9am to 10.30am

Each session includes action songs and a story with a Christian theme, play time, and fun with musical instruments. Refreshments included, as well as space and time to chat with other mums, dads and carers.

SONGS

Each week we will sing well known children's songs that are easy to learn and that will help the children learn about the world and God. The songs are always great fun, and include actions, clapping and sound effects.

MUSIC & PLAY TIME

We make time to play musical instruments and march about while we listen to music, and then keep some free time to play with some of the toys and games in church.

STORIES

We always include an interactive story so the children can learn about the world, about caring for one another, and about God. They often involve fun games including treasure hunts, so the children can see that the story is as much about them as about others.

REFRESHMENTS

During the play time there will be refreshments available for the adults and children. This is a great opportunity for your child to play with other children, and for the adults to meet and chat.
At present we can only offer sessions during term time. The group is ideally suited for parents and carers with preschool aged children. The group leader will always be someone appointed with the relevant safeguarding and disclosure and barring service check. Attendance is free but if you would like to make a donation we would be very grateful - we would recommend £1 per child. If you have any further questions please don't hesitate to contact us either through this website or phoning the church number 01872 261944.
