Children
Sunday School:
A small but thriving Sunday School meets on the second and fourth Sundays of each month. Children and teachers re-enter the church for the last part of the service when they share what they have been doing with the rest of the congregation. On other Sundays of the month we have Family Services, which are "children friendly".
Uniformed organisations:
Those who meet on church premises and share in worship include - Rainbows, Cubs, Guides, Brownies and Scouts.
Tea-time Service:
At 4pm on the third Sunday on each month, we have an informal service designed to appeal to young people, but adults like it too! The seating is "in the round". As well as worship songs, there is a bible reading and either a brief drama or talk. After the service (it never last more than 40 minutes) we have a shared tea.
Parenting Courses:
These popular daytime weekly courses (with creche) are run by Polly Smyth and Yvette Smith.
"Stay and Play"
This is a mother and toddlers group which meets in the church hall on Wednesday mornings from 9.30. (during school terms only). If you have a toddler, come along for a chat and a cuppa!
Summer Holidays:
On Wednesday mornings throughout the summer holidays we run a mother's and children's fun time. Plenty of creativity and opportunities to play whilst the parents chat together. Refreshments for all. Everything is free!
